How To Join Us

Please see the box on the left for the current membership rates.  You must be at least 9 years old to apply to join CoNAC - at certain times of the year a waiting list may be in operation.

Please click here to read about the agreed arrangements for CoNAC members when using the facilities at the Sportspark.

If you have previously been (or currently are) a member of another EA affiliated club, you must gain EA approval before you are allowed to represent City of Norwich AC in team events. Please click here to open the Change of First Claim and Exemption Application Form and accompanying notes. If you need any help when completing this form, please call Richard Polley on 07767 205922. It is particularly important that you register your change of first claim with EA as promptly as possible.
